You initially made your order at just before 5pm on the Friday and requested delivery for the following Monday. However when you place your order the delivery date that you request is only a request and not a guarantee of delivery on that particular date. We will always try and deliver on the day requested but for a number of reasons this is not always possible. In your particular case the order was placed very late in the day and our distributor had no available delivery slots for the following Monday so delivered on the following day which was the date we sent you on your confirmation email. Unfortunately they also did not have enough available stock to deliver the full amount that day so had to split the delivery and delivered the balance of your order 2 days later. I apologise profusely for the problems you experienced with this order. We did not initially have enough blocks in stock so we ordered some from another supplier for us to collect on the way to deliver them to yourself. However the description confused the salesman at their end who booked out 7no not 7m2 (70no) as required, this was spotted at time of delivery hence no delivery being made. We then proceeded to deliver a few days later, after a call from yourself chasing us up, as unfortunately the instructions to re-deliver your order were misplaced. We then collected the balance from our supplier as well as the stock we had in our yard to total the amount on the order and delivered it to yourself. With regards to the blocks being wet this is because the product is kept in external yards and as such will get wet, however this does not affect it's performance.
