We are sorry that you feel that you did not have your order delivered to the correct address. Whilst wewere on the phone you retrieved your items from this address. Youconfirmed on the call that an alternative address was requested whenyour ordered these items, but that the address on record had not been changed.
As we would like to get to the bottom of any complaints made about ourservice, we undertook an investigation into this by listening to thecalls that were made to us, but unfortunately we were unable to finda call that mentioned this; perhaps you called us from a differentphone number this particular time?
