Reference– No delivery of your Radiator
I am sorry your review invitation arrived before your radiator, although I can see when the order was placed we did advise you of the 20 working day lead time.
The lead time does begin from the day the Bespoke Order Confirmation is replied to, I can see we also contacted you on Friday 6th October with an update and the manufacturer advised the goods will be with them the week ending 28/10/17.
We will be in touch as soon as we can offer you an exact delivery date. Again,thank you for your feedback & sorry for any inconvenience caused.
