Well organised , knowledgable tour manager
Well organised tour, excellent knowledge of tour manager. Would have preferred a smaller group, as 42 people in the group.

A first class company, with first class holidays with experienced good people on hand,
Not the first tim we have used Collette. We have found the service first class, so we use them again & again! Very helpfull people in the UK in Manchester, nothing is too much trouble.

I am very sorry but it was not the second hotel that was poor. It was the La Quinta Country Inn, Sarapiqui. The room had a number of problems with lighting, door handles and general standards of cleanliness. The public areas and restuarant were very good as was the bird watching opportunities.
