I'm sorry you felt uncomfortable with the heat in the apartment, please be advised should you choose to stay with us again either at Ebury Street or one of our other London locations, apart from an electric fan we are able to offer a mobile air-conditioning unit on request at a one off charge of £70 + vat. I'm sorry if you felt that the check-out time of 10am was a little early for you, the reason it is this time is, that we need to turn around the apartment in time for any 3pm check-in's and if there are several on the same day this gives us time to do so. You can always ask for a delayed check-out and if there is no check-in that day we will do our best to accommodate at a small fee. All in all we are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us.
