Although these apartments are a little out of the way, they are very modern and spacious and the price is very competitive compared to any 2 bedroom apartments situated in Central London. Thank you for your feedback on one of our apartments at Artillery Lane in The City of London. I'm sorry to learn that the fire alarm issue took some time to get resolved. I have checked with our Guest Services and Our of Hours Emergency Team and they did inform me that we sent Engineers along in a timely manner to check out the problem and they advised the alarm was quite sensitive but felt it had been resolved. I can only imagine how annoying the noise must have been for you and can only offer my apologies once again for it disturbing your enjoyment whilst staying at this apartment. Thank you for your review of our apartments at 44 Wellington Street, Covent Garden. As we mainly have a self-check-in process for our guests to be able to check in when they are ready and the properties are unmanned, it is not possible to assist with luggage. However if you decide to stay at one of our apartments in future please give us at least 3 days notice and ask for a Meet & Greet service and where possible we will arrange this for you, if the luggage is under 20 kilos per bag, we can then assist at a small charge.
