We're sorry that you didn't find the cleaning of your apartment to be satisfactory; had we known we would have checked this out. With regards to the dish-washer tablets they are meant to be refilled once a week by the house-keeping team and if this didn't happen, once again had we known, we would have dropped some off to you. The only emails we have on record were to do with your internet which was resolved so I am sorry once again that we did not receive any issues from you directly. In the apartment there is a 'welcome tablet' where you sign in with your email address, here there are telephone numbers and emails for our Guest Services Team who would have been more than happy to have helped you out. All in all, there seemed to be a miscommunication somewhere along the way and we're truly sorry this happened as we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service to our guests and we would always welcome the opportunity to put things right for our guests.
