I'm sorry if you felt the apartment at Wraysbury Hall, Staines-upon-Thames was not up to the standard you had expected. We don't have any record of you mentioning you had a problem with a workmen entering your apartment as we tend to give prior notice for this sort of thing so if it happened to you, we can only apologise as this is not our normal practice and we would have liked the opportunity to investigate.
