Just in case you were not aware, we do offer a completely free, no quibble, replacement service if any product you receive from us is damaged. All we need is a photo of the item and we'll get a replacement in the post right away.
Also the way the products are packed has been improved greatly over the last few months which means that far fewer are damaged in transit. I know this can't make up for the disappointment caused in this case, but I hope it gives you confidence to shop with us again in the future.
