Thank you for your review. We did communicate via telephone and by email that if you wanted to return the chairs then there would be a carriage charge of £35.00 and if you sent them via your own courier then the refund would be in full. Jamie Welch

As discussed this is a deeply padded chair to add comfort although seems to be to much in your case.
