The contact from this company has been fantastic, I have made a mistake with muddling up the companies that I purchased this radiator from. I purchased radiator shrouds and they have been absolutely fine not the radiator. I must apologise to any customer reading my comments. ordering lots of things required by the plumber and getting myself in a muddle due to busyness of Christmas time and a re-Ferb building project. Happy customer with what I purchased from them.

In relation to your delivery comments: We do fully understand the challenges with the all-day delivery service and are aware that the pallet companies are behind the times and communication could be better.

This is something we are continuously working on with our vendors and their carriers but due to the carrier companies being third parties we have little control over how the delivery works.

I was told 21 days delivery but it will be 34 days if it arrives on 19.12.18.Staff have been very friendly but I’ve had to rebook plumber.If it’s going to take 34 days just tell the truth
