very good.

Only problem was on airport transfers where the phone number was the one of the company being used as it has changed to a new company in March but did not change the number on booking form.

Many thanks for your feedback, we do offer exclusive deals and discounts on our site which are not available in our stores.

I have taken a look at your booking just now and can see there was indeed an issue with our banking system on the day, I am sorry about this.

In relation to the baggage, we do offer the service online through our booking journey as it can often be easier to pre-book them but they are optional as we find a lot of clients are now choosing not to bring checked in baggage.

If you could send me on your reference for your september booking that would be great.
