All good, I would certainly use them again.

My son helped me to book on line, Cassidy travel were excellent but I failed to read all the e-mails so I did not check who was to pick me up, otherwise everything was good.

Very quick and easy to use service if it works

Our transfer did not show - we contacted Cassidy Travel and they never came back to us and we ended up paying for a taxi and had also paid for a transfer

In terms of boarding passes, I can see you package includes flights with Ryanair, we do require our clients to check in online, if you have no access to a printer the team will of course print them and post them out to you.

Disaster

Hotel was under construction when we arrived, none of the amenities where there in the hotel. My whole party of four where the only people on the 7 hour flight home without TV screens
