The booking service was prompt and efficient. The "half board" service was poor. Some of the locations did not have a restaurant and they only gave a voucher to some other restaurant. It would have been easier for me to choose my own restaurant if I am not eating in the accomodation. The "vegetarian" option which was requested was non-existent in some places. The choice of accomodation was inconvenient for walking on a couple of occasions.

With regards to the hotel bookings, we have checked our system and as far as we can see all the information given for the hotels is correct and matches the hotels booked for your trip. I have sent an email now. Please note that you got the hotels NH Logroño and NH Logroño Herencia Rioja mixed up. You sent me details of one but I was booked into the other.

Terrific service, organisation was spot on excepting for one transfer which didn't happen. The after hours service people did call us back within a reasonable amount of time to assist. Would definitely suggest that other walkers consider a third option for the first day of the Napoleon route. Walk to Valcarlos, stay overnight then hire the one and only taxi there to drive you back to The Croix where you begin walking up the Pyrenees, you get the best of both worlds by doing it this way. Certainly worth considering if the weather is bad one day and then good the next.
