We were disappointed to read your comment 'took our money as quickly as possible' given we had sent 7 drafts of itineraries and conversed both over the phone and via email for one month before you made the booking. We are also a bit confused as to what you mean by the tour not being personalised as you chose your own start date, the sections you wanted, added additional nights and an airport transfer. If you wish to elaborate on this perhaps you can get in touch with us at info@caminoways.com? Regarding hotel bookings, reservations started contacting the hotels for your booking the day after you booked in March, this was 7 months before you travelled and not 60 days. As explained in all our pre-booking information, all hotels are subject to availability and while booking months in advance of course improves one's chances of achieving a specific hotel we can never guarantee until the hotel has confirmed with us. We are sorry to hear some of the rooms you found a bit small and it is true breakfast offerings can vary from hotel to hotel and some can be very basic. We would be interested to hear more details on the hotels you found unwelcoming so we can investigate this. Again if you can send this information to us we would be most grateful. Of course all hotels should be adequately heated and we apologise for any inconvenience caused with this. If clients do have issues like this along the way it is important to contact our emergency number so we can react at the time. Thank you for your feedback. We were quite disappointed to read this review. We do however feel our product does provide value for money when you take in to account all the services provided. The tour works out approximately €104 per day and includes 7 nights accommodation in 3* hotels, 7 breakfasts, 5 dinners, 6 luggage transfers, all practical info including walking notes and 24hr emergency support. We do also offer breakfast only as an option if clients prefer to have more choice for dinners in the evening. We were glad to hear you thought the route was nice. Kind regards, Richard

We appreciate your suggestion however as the Camino is an experience involving staying in different towns along the way we do feel it is best that people finish their day in the town they have walked to rather than taxi back and forth.
