Hotels mentioned in the original quotes and itineraries are generally an indication to give customers an idea of the type of accommodation they'll be booked with. They are all subject to availability and only confirmed once the holiday pack is sent. In busy periods or when not available, a second choice will be booked instead but always trying to keep the same level of service. We'd like to apologise for the late luggage arrival, if you'd like to explain further by email to our Customer Care team, we can investigate info@caminoways.com. Our reservations team is always available on the emergency number provided if problems with luggage, bookings, etc... arise. Did you notify the luggage delay to the team? In relation to the luggage tags and passports, we generally send post to home addresses, unless the date is too close. In that case, we post directly to the first hotel in the itinerary to make sure they are received. I hope this answers all your queries.
