We have a Superior Collection currently available for selected self-guided tours (French Way, Portuguese Way, Via de la Plata from Ourense), which includes wonderful accommodation in paradores and casas rurales (where available). We are glad to hear you were happy with the service, we review the notes every year and we'll take your comments into account. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the route chosen, as a long-distance trail, the Camino combines a variety of trails and there will be roads particularly getting in and out of bigger towns. The Camino markings in Galicia have been updated this year by the Galician government; in some cases giving alternative route options. That could explain that last marker with two options.
