Dear Harry, we are are glad to hear you were pleased with the arrangements for your trip and our support team was able to assist when needed. I am informed by our reservations team the voucher in Santiago was raised for three nights as requested but the hotel had only registered 2; however our support team was able to correct this.

We are disappointed to hear you didn't feel the attention received from our Customer Care team was sufficient. We are open 6 days a week and always happy to assist over the phone, as well as providing quotes, itineraries and advice by email. Our Dublin office is also open for appointments for those who might prefer to discuss travel arrangements in person. Each itinerary is prepared individually and mistakes can happen, unfortunately, we apologise if that caused any inconvenience and we hope any errors on our part were promptly rectified.

In relation to hotels, we always try to source the best accommodation possible for our standard package, taking into account location in relation to the trail; however some of the towns are quite small and accommodation can be limited. Hotel Gelmirez is a lovely property a few hundred metres from the old town (350mtrs to Rua das Orfas), we are surprised to hear you had to take a taxi to reach the cathedral. Unfortunately it is not possible to pre-select hotels from a logistic point of view; but rest assured our reservations team works hard to book the best options available for our clients, even in high season.
