Regarding the holiday pack, we are very sorry that the information was sent closer to your departure date than planned. The reservations and products team had to make some last minute adjustments due to limited accommodation in some of the smaller towns. We always try to send all information on time and do apologise for the delay. We have passed on your feedback on the directions to our products team. The maps of those 2 sections have been reviewed recently but we do understand that the route is less marked than the French Way or Le Puy Way. We are sorry to hear that the walking notes were not always sufficient and we will have the products team review them. Once again, many thanks for providing your feedback. As discussed, the Vezelay Way is a rather remote route and hearing about your thoughts is most helpful for us in order to improve our services.If you have any further questions do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
