First of all, the delivery was pretty quick despite the current crisis. When I got the product and used it, I was quite happy with the quality results the trimmer provide. Loved the Brio Beardscape.
They have responded to all 3 of my questions about my concern over where my order is but does not follow up and actually get the product to me ........ still don’t have it!!!
