Recenze společnosti Black By Design LTD

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The towel rail purchased is an item we have sold many times without any issues on colour of the item so we feel that the item is sold as advertised. I believe from previous emails that you were looking to match the colour with another item but as you say it clearly did not match. We fully understand that it is often difficult to match colours particularly when purchasing unseen on the internet that is why when you contacted ourselves we immediately responded saying that a return for a full refund was not a problem. The issue is who pays for the return. As a matter of course we do not offer free returns. However as you are so disappointed with us we will in this instance arrange to have the item collected at our expense
