Brdy Service slow to provide additional equipment. Engineer was great.
Engineer was great and fitted new equipment quickly. However getting the equipment sent by Brdy was not so straight forward.

Hello, Thank you for your quick response. However account no. UKBW-CLD0770401 you have charged me for December invoice twice, once for my old system which was replaced on 26/11/24, and once for my old system which was removed on the same date. Please can you refund the £31.43 back in to my account.

Brdy Service slow to provide additional equipment. Engineer was great.
Brdy service team took a long time to send pole mount needed. Engineer and installation was great.

Alternatywa dla małych miejscowości bez światłowodu i ze słabym zasięgiem gsm. To już moja druga antena i jak na razie jestem zadowolona z usługi.
