Great projectors poor customer service.
I asked for something as simple as what mount would I need for my ht3550 numerous times to no avail. I had to do a crapshoot on Amazon. BenQ you need to step it up.

Lost and found
I ordered a refurbished projector on benqdirect at just the wrong time - I must have finished the trade right after stock ran out, and through some coincidence of timing, the same model (2150ST)...
