good, burt can be better
good, but they should be willing to give more of their time upon helping a costumer, felt rushed. also said they would email on the info i was inquiring about and they never did.

Customer service is prompt. Shipping is prompt.
The purchase and the return were very convenient. The refurbished projector was actually quite nice but it simply did not fit my need. I bought some monitors which I kept. They were refurbished...

Completely Disappointed in this Company
I have not received my product, nor have I received a letter/email updating me. Very disappointed. I would give less stars if I could. The company was real quick to take their money though.
