Absolutely one of the worst experiences buy an online retailer.
Without a doubt one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a online company great product but customer service is horrible will never deal with them again rather pay more to buy it on Amazon!

The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because I picked priority overnight shipping, and it took two days before the projector lamp shipped. Otherwise, new part was great, installed and works...
