Thank you for your feedback, it is always an awkward moment for any holiday company when clients who have already booked a holiday have missed out on a late booking special offer. I remember the offer was for £200 and we did as a good will gesture offer you £100 discount even though you missed booking in the offer period.
Thank you for your comments regarding the accommodation and restaurant options and our Product Development Manager Catherine is researching the starting days options to avoid this issue in the future.
As a regular client with Belle France, we do hope that we hear from you again in 2018... and I will contact you early in the season with our forthcoming special offers.

Bell France arranged all perfectly! No problems. Our greeter and luggage handler, Robin was very helpful. Staff at most lodges were great. Beautiful country. Good food.

Thank you for your feedback, we are in the process of enlarging our maps in the route books for clarity and simplification... but we are also considering adding a large map to give an overview of the route,
as we do for many of our holidays. I am sorry that we did not put one in your pack and we would have course sent you a map if you had requested this.
