We are so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the bike set up and delivery, we had arranged for our bike rep to meet you at 18:00 and are very disappointed to hear that this did not happen, we do have a 24 hour support number and we do encourage clients to call should there be any issues so that we can resolve matters quickly and to the clients satisfaction.

Thank you for comments and I am surprised to read that La Gentilhommière did not have air conditioning; I have checked with the hotel and they have informed me that all the rooms have air conditioning, I wonder if for some reason it was not switched on or maybe not working during your stay and I apologise if this was indeed the case and hopefully in the spring season you were comfortable with the room temperature.
