Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear this. The coach used for this trip is fitted with air conditioning, and the driver has been fully type trained on this vehicle. However, it is clear that the system was not operating as expected during your journey. We also regret that you felt the level of customer service did not meet expectations and appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. As a result, the driver will certainly receive refresher training to ensure this does not happen again. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and for falling short of the standards our customers expect and deserve.
