We understand that, with security procedures and the walk to and from the coach, this can reduce the time available inside the exhibition, and we’re sorry to hear you felt rushed and missed some of the displays. When tours are planned well in advance—particularly before an exhibition has fully opened—we base our timings on guidance provided by the venue. However, we fully recognise that the experience on the day can differ, and your suggestion of more time in London and less in Windsor is very helpful as we review future itineraries.
