Regarding the return journey, our routes are always planned so that the return leg is simply the reverse of the outward pickups. This means the only reason it may have felt longer is due to traffic conditions at that time of day, which can vary significantly around Swindon. We appreciate you raising the point, and we’re very glad the rest of the day was memorable for all the right reasons.
