We understand that changing from a feeder coach to the main coach can feel inconvenient. For pickup points outside of Swindon, multiple coaches will be required to keep your journey as direct and efficient as possible, to ensure you are not taken on a lengthy or indirect pickup route - which is why the transfer is necessary. Thank you also for highlighting the difficulty in finding the correct route to the main gates and the difference in drop‑off locations. There are signs in the Hampton Court Palace Coach Park which can direct you towards the palace. We are sorry to hear the new coach seats weren’t as comfortable as those on the feeder coach — comfort is important, and your feedback will be passed on.
