On this occasion, the vehicle used was a brand‑new model, and we appreciate that the seating layout and features may feel different from a standard coach. We also want to acknowledge your comments regarding the temperature at the back of the vehicle and the driver’s familiarity with the controls. The driver operating this tour has now been given full training on this specific vehicle type to ensure all features — including heating and ventilation — are managed correctly going forward.
