Bearing in mind my car is still not repaired and the insurance company have done nothing about sorting out my repairs I can't give anything but the worst possible review.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with details of your experiences.
We apologise for the length of time taken to report the matter to us, unfortunately your Brokers require details of the incident and then pass you on to us to report the matter. We appreciate this is a duplication and does take time, unfortunately your Brokers are reluctant to pass details on in case the specifics of the case get diluted.
There certainly has been some confusion regarding the Third Party Insurers as we appear to have incorrectly recorded the Third Party's registration number and identified an incorrect Insurer. Again we apologise for the brief delay this has caused but are pleased to see once this error was rectified we were able to bring the case to a speedy conclusion.
Also thank you for your kind words regarding our file handlers.
