It seems that when submitting the booking on our website, perhaps accidently, you selected the wrong tour date and later didn't check the tour date on the voucher. I am sorry if the driver in Florence was silent, I guess he is just not a very talkative person. At times the canals in Venice may be blocked by traffic, this is beyond our water-taxi driver's control but I am glad you arrived on time at the station all the same.
