Sales persevered with me as a customer - I could easily have withdrawn and not sold at the end of the summer. My only criticism would be a lack of clarity on parties at the bottom of the chain.

We love a tenacious client!! Our sales progression team does a fantastic job of digging for information - not always easy with a chain and sometimes less-than-forthcoming other parties involved - and keeping communication going as much as they can. It paid off here and we're so pleased you got there in the end!

As you rightly point out, we had a transition period as we restructured our office locations and some staff moved to different sites, but we would have expected the service you received to have remained at a consistent standard and apologise if this was not the case. We hope it hasn't dented your trust in our service and that we'll be able to assist you again in future.
Initially things went well and quickly but the process lost momentum half way through and an initial completion date of 4th October ended up being 17th January

Delays in the conveyancing process can be an enormous frustration and though we do all we can to expedite the process as your agents we're limited by the speed at which other parties respond. In these situations we're grateful to our clients for their tenacity and patience and hope the end result made it all worthwhile.
