Without in any way negating your comments, which we will look into further, this seems at odds with our procedure and staff. While sales progression is handled by a specialist team within branch, communication between all staff from valuation to completion is normally seamless and carefully documented so there should be no misunderstandings such as the one you mention, even taking into consideration necessary changes which took place within the team due to illness. Thank you for raising the issue.
