I am sorry that there was a delay in resolving this issue. We experienced some difficulty in obtaining the correct specification for this item. Replacement brackets should be with you today as advised.

Rubbish...should advise that there are insufficient gliders in pack....ivre had to buy more...and pay £10 extra postage.....
I had advised clients to use Poles and Tracks...but now will say DONT

I am sorry that you felt that there was insufficient gliders. The superline track is pre-packed with at least 1 glider per 10cm, which is the industry norm.
Regarding additional gliders; we have no record of you ordering these from us. Our carriage charge for gliders is significantly less than £10.00.

Please check your Order Book. I ordered these an hour ago and delivery is £10.00! I even have the E-reciept!
You state this is the' industry norm'. What Trade Association or other Standard sets out this? Even who is Norm?! You'd better introduce us!

We are obviously concerned about your review and have tried to contact you by phone and email to discuss your disappointment. Unfortunately the phone diverts to fax without answering.
However, we have checked our system and did not received any orders yesterday for Superline gliders and would welcome sight of your E receipt.
Our standard delivery charge for orders under £50 is £7.75, not £10.00 but when customers contact us about small items such as gliders we are often able to post them for £4.95.
Regarding the number of gliders or rings supplied with curtain poles and tracks you will notice that all major suppliers include 1 per 10cm rounded up to the nearest even number. This has been the case for at least the last 30 years that I have been involved in this industry.
