We sent your cheque out 13 working days after you posted the items to us. This is well within the timescales indicated on our website.

Quote your website "We will dispatch your cheque within 7 days of receiving your goods", 13 WORKING days is over 1/2 a month!!! surely there's a quicker way of paying customers?? BACS,Paypal etc??

Yes, we sent your cheque 13 working days after you posted the items to us. So you posted your items on the 13th, we received them on the 19th and we dispatched your cheque 7 working days later.
Regarding payments, we are currently looking into faster methods such as the ones you mentioned.

The website is so easy to use and the service is excellent.
Good service initial inputing of barcodes worked very well. My only dissappointment was the time it took from items being collected to cheque arriving. Having said that I will be using the service...
