Reasonably priced and easy to use site.
Very user friendly site. No laborious questions. Very reasonibly priced. Our dog is 9 years old and we were still able to have full cover. Will definitely recommend to colleagues and friends.

Wheres my email to say im a customer now??
Just paid for my policy and usually theres an automated email or even documents of my policy sent via email. So far I've only received this email to give my opinion.

Hi. Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive your documents. I've had a check and can see that these were issued by email to your email address on the 28/05/2017 and again on 29/5/17. I've had a word with out IT Team and we've not had any email returns, however I'll continue to monitor this in case there has been some issues. We have also taken the opportunity to issue them by first class post for you, this is to ensure that these are received. If you do not receive these, please do let us know. No promised email
The lifetime policy seems to be great cover for a good price but my issue is that you promised me an email confirmation and that has not materialised.

I can confirm that your email confirmation was sent by email on 15/05 at 1.31. it is common for the clients first email to go into the junk folder. We have resent the email today at 10.00 and we will also l also put a copy in the post 1st class.
