Items not delivered and I have contacted customer service twice and had no response. This does not make me want to order again or recommend to other people/friends

I give a low score for the service as I had to pay for postage to receive and to return, this would put me of buying from them in future.

We are so sorry you were not happy with the delivery and return charges - Unfortunately we are an independent growing brand and we are not able to absorb those charges at the moment. We do try and ensure that we are offering the best prices & quality for our styles to help counteract these charges.
