Ths sound bar works very well. Easy to hook up. Better sound quality than my old Zvox sound bar. Old bar seemed to fade in and out with the sound. So far this one has not done that.

Sorry to hear it hasn't made a difference yet, that's not the experience it should be delivering!
The most common culprit is accidentally pressing the Surround Sound button after setting AccuVoice, which turns AccuVoice off. Try pressing the AccuVoice button until you see the purple LED blink twice to confirm it's active.
Also worth checking: make sure your TV's internal speakers are turned off. Sound coming from both the TV and the AV120 at the same time will really reduce the effect. This support page walks through how to do that for most TV brands:
