We're sorry to hear the AV120 hasn't been delivering the dialogue clarity you were looking for! Improving dialogue so you can hear it at a comfortable volume is exactly what it's built for, so we want to make sure you're getting that experience. One thing worth checking is whether AccuVoice is actually active. It's easy to accidentally hit the Surround Sound button which will turn AccuVoice off. Give the AccuVoice button a press until you see the purple LED blink twice and that should confirm it's on. Also make sure your TV's internal speakers are disabled, as having sound come from both the TV and the AV120 simultaneously can really work against the AccuVoice effect. If you're still not getting the results you'd expect, we'd love to learn a bit more about your setup, like how the speaker is connected and your TV's make and model.
