Our next-day sample service allows customers to 'try before they buy' and even gives customers the option to get their money back if they go on to place an order.
I am sorry that you did not receive your entire order in one delivery. We work incredibly hard to ensure we are providing the best service for our customers, but unfortunately, due to human error, things do occasionally get missed.
