I am sorry to hear that your experience was not as good as expected. I hope that I can help explain why things have changed significantly for us since Covid-19.
When the lockdown was announced, we were not allowed to open our showrooms by the Government. This meant that new purchases could only be carried out online. We did allow customers to collect goods that were in storage for them for a short period, but they could not enter our stores or make new purchases in store as our showroom was closed.
As many of our staff were placed on furlough, we had to quickly change many of our deliveries to be carried out by couriers and dispatch from N.Ireland as opposed to using our own local drivers. This was considerably more expensive, but we do still subsidise it as much as we can.
We are working in unprecedented times, and trying our very best to offer good service, but as things change daily for us we cannot maintain our normal level of service that you had experienced, althoughwe are trying extremely hard. I can only apologise if you feel that we have fell short in any way.
