Awful service. Buyer beware!

Placed an order. Order never turned up. No communication from The Works. No support given. Had to fight to get a refund. Shocking customer service.

Poor service

placed order still not received after 20 days so rang them to be told they would be cancelling order due to problems in their warehouse
