My apologies, but it does appear that in this instance there was a breakdown in communication between the sales team and the technical team who shipped the software to you. I will of course ship you a SOLIDWORKS 2014 DVD today.
I understand that your Sales Account Manager did inform you that we would be shipping 2015 (as the current release) but that the 2014 Software could be downloaded from the SOLIDWORKS website. It appears however that you may not have had any specific instructions on how to do this - create your SOLIDWORKS account / log in and access the downloads - as this information would normally be part of the 'welcome', that would typically be provided shortly after you become a customer. If you need any help with Installation then please be sure to call the helpline, but you may also want to take a look at the wealth of resource available to our Customers via our my.SolidSolutions website. You will need to register the first time you use the site, but the account will also be used by you to book any training /events with ourselves. The link below is to a search for 'Installation' and includes the various 'Quick Start' videos for installation and deployment as well as specific Installation Guides for SOLIDWORKS (including the 2014 guide).
