Simply terrible

I found the people I spoke to kind and understanding.

Yes, I would recommend them. Things were explained and the returned urn was beautifully presented. The only thing was that I would have preferred the name my mother went by, rather than her legal...

I am glad that you were pleased with the urn, although I appreciate you would have preferred that it was not your mother's legal name on the name plate rather the name she was known by. I am not sure if it was discussed with the arranger whom you met with at the funeral home, but it may be possible to put a new name plate on the urn with your mother's legal name and 'known as' name underneath.
