We apologize for the issue. I checked our emails and I do not see anything from you about this. I looked at the order and see no notes either so I do not think we know about this. Obviously if the wrong part was sent we will exchange it. This review makes it sound like we denied the request for the correct part which I highly doubt is the issue here as obviously Dirty Dog sent the wrong part. Can you email images and information to Sales@RubiTrux.com so we can start the process and get this review updated? I just do not see anywhere that we got notification on this let alone denied the request to exchange like the review says. I think you will find that if you get confirmation back that the email was received that we can get this review updated and also the part you ordered as from what I can see we do not know about this issue and no confirmations sent back that we received the information to begin with. If you do have an email that is refusing the exchange, please email it to Ben@RubiTrux.com directly so it can be handled with the employee that sent that response but I cannot find that anywhere that I look.
Order placed on April 3,2020 and received April 8, 2020.
One part was missing from order, and a quick call and email was all it took to have the missing part quickly shipped to me.
