Frame ordered on the 11/03, still to be delivered on the 27/03
Delivery to Italy is taking an unacceptable amount of time. After 2 weeks the frame is still being hold from customs.

Unfortunately I cannot do anything to speed this process up, but rest assured the parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you.
