The spectacles have been returned since rules and regulations failed to explain the shipment payment. Please refer to my emails for further details. However, the customer service was helpful and great

Frame ordered on the 11/03, still to be delivered on the 27/03
Delivery to Italy is taking an unacceptable amount of time. After 2 weeks the frame is still being hold from customs.
